Cancellation Policy
All deposits for the LABL Active Adult Ballet Retreat are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the LABL Active Terms & Conditions.
Payment Policy
Your ticket price includes a $500 non-refundable deposit.
If you took advantage of our monthly payment plan, your payment link will come separately to your inbox after you "check out" on our website. This link will contain an outline of all deposit and payment dates, as well as your total payment due for Retreat. Your spot is not secured until you complete this payment link.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
- If you cancel before March 30th, any amount paid beyond the deposit may be refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after March 30th, 2026 unless due to injury. In the case of injury, you will need to provide a valid doctor's excuse for a refund to be considered.
- No refunds will be considered due to unforseen illness.
COVID-19 and Health Emergency Protocols
LABL will follow all local health guidelines and requirements in place at the time of the retreat. If governmental restrictions make it impossible to operate the retreat, provisions under "Cancellation or Postponement" will apply. We will not be requiring a proctored COVID-19 test in 2026, but we strongly encourage you to test yourself 24 hours before joining our group.
Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of LABL, including but not limited to weather, force majeure, illness, or public health concerns, ticket holders will be offered the option to either:
a) Receive a refund according to the policy below, or
b) Transfer their ticket to another future LABL Retreat, subject to availability.
Amount of Refund
The amount refunded will depend on how much of the Retreat has taken place. (a) If the entire Retreat is cancelled or abandoned before it begins, a 100% refund (including deposit) will be issued within 7–10 working days. (b) If the Retreat is interrupted or abandoned before half of it has taken place, a 50% refund will be issued within 7–10 working days. (c) If the Retreat is interrupted or abandoned after half of it has taken place, no refund will be issued. Refunds or ticket transfers are limited to the ticket price paid and do not cover additional expenses incurred by the ticket holder, such as travel or accommodation costs.
Physical Readiness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical condition to attend and participate in the Retreat. By registering, participants acknowledge that they are attending of their own accord. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Medical Information
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or physical limitations that might affect their participation in retreat activities. This information must be provided at the time of booking or as soon as possible thereafter. LABL reserves the right to request a physician's approval for participation if deemed necessary for safety reasons.
Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold LABL harmless from any claims, legal actions, or costs arising from physical injury, illness, damage, or mental stress sustained during activities associated with the LABL Adult Ballet Retreat.
Physical Contact
Due to the nature of the Retreat, physical adjustments and contact may be necessary by authorized members of the LABL team to ensure correct technique and alignment.
Photography, Filming, and Sound Recording
LABL reserve the right, along with authorized third parties, to conduct general photography, filming, and sound recording during the Retreat. This may include all activities. By signing the LABL photography & liability waiver, participants consent to being recorded or photographed.
Ownership of Media
LABL retain full ownership rights to all photographs, videos, and sound recordings taken during the event. These materials may be used for promotional or educational purposes without additional consent or compensation.
Changes to Retreat Event
LABL reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location or content before and/or during the event. All registrants will be notified of such changes via email. LABL reserves the right to make changes to its teaching staff at the Retreat before and/or during the event. All registrants will be notified of such changes via email. A change to advertised coaching staff will not lead to fees being refunded.
