Retreat Payment Confirmation

Your first 2026 Retreat payment has been received! Your next payment will be due in one month. If you'd like to view your upcoming payment schedule, or change your payment method, you can do so by clicking HERE. Make sure to enter the same email address you used to purchase your Retreat ticket.

If you're planning on staying at our host hotel, you can go ahead and book that by clicking here. Rooms must be booked by May 20th. Please note that our double queen rooms are limited, so if you know you want one we suggest booking sooner rather than later.

A few notes on travel:

• Retreat is happening while Seattle is hosting the FIFA World Cup. We've secured a group rate at the hotel of $279/night for both single king and double queen rooms.
• If you're staying at the host hotel, you will likely not need a car on a daily basis! There are light rail stops a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, and a roughly 7 minute walk away from the studio. We are working to provide transportation for any social events that would not be easily reachable by public transit. The hotel is also located right in the Redmond town square, in walking distance of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and parks.
